Thursday night at The Eagle

Thursday evening, after the gym, I went again to The Eagle. Thursday is Berlin Night and the music is really, really good. DJ Pete plays what is described as “sublime minimal beats and Berlin style electro house”. It is the right music for sleazy, raunchy sessions!

For the first time I saw some action going on in the garden. Good! The darkroom got quite busy as well. I quite like the atmosphere at The Eagle, although I think they don’t have a clear direction on what to do with the club. It seems to me that they want to appeal to everybody, by putting up some fetish nights (Bootcamp, Berlin) and some dance nights such as Horse Meat Disco and the recently launched Carpet Burn. It’s a pity, because there are already so many dance clubs in Vauxhall, while not those many BDSM & Fetish clubs. It is also a pity that the darkroom is there only Monday to Thursday and not on weekends.

Master Trevor in Geneva, Switzerland

All those factors make London the right playground for me.
